Hey, I'm Kim.
I live in beautiful Southern Oregon and love spending time outdoors, whether that's working in my garden, exploring local trails, traveling, cooking for my family and friends, or simply enjoying everything this community has to offer.

My passion for coaching comes from personal experience. In 2002, I was involved in a serious car accident that left me dealing with pain for decades.
Â
For many years, I understood firsthand what it felt like to have a body that didn't cooperate, to feel limited by pain, and to wonder if things would ever get better.
Â
I've also experienced my own health transformation, losing nearly 100 pounds and learning that lasting change isn't about perfection, willpower, or quick fixes. It's about building sustainable habits, finding that support, learning to trust your body again, and staying committed even when progress feels slow.

Those experiences shaped the coach I am today.

As a wife, mom, coach and formerly in the medical industry for a decade and a half, I know how easy it is to put yourself last while caring for everyone else.
